1. Access data/ server log files
The provider (or his/her web space provider) collects standard data concerning every access to the offer (so-called server log files). This access data includes:
- The name of the website accessed,
- File, date and time of access,
- Amount of data transmitted,
- Notification of successful access,
- Browser type and versions,
- User’s operating system,
- Referrer URL (of the page previously accessed),
- IP address und
- The provider inquiring.
The provider uses the recorded data solely for statistical evaluation for the purpose of the operation, security and optimization as well as the technical administration of the offer of service. However, the provider reserves the right to examine the data at a later time if there are concrete indications for justified suspicion of illegal use.
Moreover, personal data will only be collected, used and passed on to third parties by the provider when this is permitted by law or when the user agrees to the collection of data.

2. Handling personal data
Personal data consists of information which helps to determine a person, i.e. details which can be traced back to a person. These include, for example, the person’s name, email address or phone number.
a) Contact
When the provider is contacted (for example by contact form or email), the details of the user are stored in order to process the enquiry and in case of subsequent queries.
The data is deleted as soon as the reason for contacting no longer applies.
b) Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files automatically created by your browser and stored on your terminal (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not damage your terminal and do not contain any virus, Trojan virus or any other malware.
The cookie stores information resulting from the terminal specifically used but this does not mean that we will then receive direct knowledge of your identity.
The use of cookies helps to make the use of our offer of service more acceptable for you. For example, we use so-called session cookies in order to recognise that you have already visited individual pages of our website. These are automatically deleted after leaving our website. The data processed by cookies is necessary for the aforementioned purposes to protect our justified interests as well as those of third persons in accordance with Art. 6 Section 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO (general data protection regulation).

3. Inclusion of content and services from third parties
a) Third-party content
This online offer of service can sometimes contain third-party content such as YouTube videos, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. This is always under the presumption that the persons offering such content (hereafter described as “third parties”) are aware of the users’ IP addresses as the content cannot be transmitted to any user without this address. So the IP address is necessary to show this content. We try only to use content offered by persons requiring the IP address solely for the purpose of providing the content. However, we have no influence over whether the third party offering services stores the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes.
b) Tripadvisor
This offer utilizes the Tripadvisor “share button“. When accessing this website via your browser, a connection is generated to the servers of TripAdvisor LLC, 400 1st Avenue, Needham, MA 02494 USA. c) Google Analytics
This website may use the ”Google Analytics“ service offered by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to analyse use of the website. This service utilises “cookies“ – text files which are stored on your terminal. The information collected through cookies are usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymity is applied on this website. Users’ IP addresses are abbreviated in the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area. Due to this abbreviation, there is no connection to your IP address. Under the terms of the Order Data Processing Agreement concluded between persons running websites and Google Inc., an evaluation of website use and activity is carried out by means of the information collected and the services connected with internet use are provided.
You have the possibility of preventing the storage of the cookie on your terminal by means of the appropriate settings on your browser. There is no guarantee that you will have unlimited use of all functions of this website if your browser does not allow cookies.

We use Google maps in the contact area as well as from YouTube when you access a page containing videos. These services collect and store the following information:

e) Google fonts und script libraries
In order to display our online offer in an attractive, uniform manner correct for all browser types, our website uses script libraries und type libraries such as Google fonts.
Google fonts und Google script libraries are provided by Google LLC., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google“).
These are included by accessing a server, usually a Google server in the USA. The server receives information about which internet pages you have visited. Google also stores the IP address.

4. Rights of persons affected
You have the right:
- to ask for information concerning your personal data processed by us, in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you can request information about the purpose of processing, the category of personal data, categories of recipients receiving or who will receive your data, the planned duration of storage, the right to correction, deletion or limitation of processing or objection, the right to complain, the origin of your data insofar as these are not collected by us, as well as the automised right to decision making, including profiling und corresponding detailed information;
- to demand immediate correction or completion of incorrect personal data stored by us, in accordance with Art.16 DSGVO;
- to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us, in accordance with Art. 17 DGSVO, insofar as the processing of your data is not required for the right to free expression of opinion and information, for fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal rights;
- in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand the limitation of processing of your personal data, insofar as the correctness of your data is disputed by you, processing of your data is unlawful but deletion is rejected by you and we no longer require the data, yet they are needed by you to assert, exercise or defend legal rights or if you have filed an objection against processing according to Art. 21 DSGVO;
- in accordance with Art. 20, to receive the personal data you have provided us with in a structured, current, machine-readable format or to demand that the data is transferred to another person;
- to revoke your given agreement at any time, in accordance with Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO. This means that the data processing pertaining to that agreement may not be continued in the future, and
- to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO. This usually an authority situated in your regular place of work or residence, or you can contact an authority in the location of our law office.
Right to Objection
Insofar as your personal data is processed on the basis of justified interests according to Art. 6 section 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO, according to Art. 21 DSGVO you have the right to file an objection against the processing of your personal data insofar as there are reasons for this arising from your particular situation or if your objection is against direct advertising. In the latter case you have the right to objection which is realised by us without any statement of a particular situation.
