Good to know!

• Arrival and departure possible on every day of the week, lease period is flexible
• On the day of your arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m.
• Regular check-out on departure day is 10 a.m. For a 50,- € fee you can take advantage of the late check-out by 4 p.m. if you decide spontaneously.
• There’ll be no charge for children under 4 years.
• For the obligatory final cleaning we charge a one-time fee of 78,- € for a stay up to 6 nights and 90,- € for a one-week stay or longer.
• We offer baby beds and high chairs free of charge.
• Bed linen and towels can be rented for a one-time fee of 26,- € per person.
• Free use of the pool from April to November daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The sauna is open all year round, daily from 4 p.m.
• Pets are welcome for a one-time fee of 40,- €. Please let us know when booking as we reserve specific apartments for guests with pets to avoid allergy problems for other guests.
• At the reception as well as in all the apartments you have free internet access.
• Comfortable accommodation for disabled guests.
• Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Of course, you can smoke on the verandah – please ask for an ashtray at the reception.
